A few years ago, I hit 222. My 36" waist jeans were getting tight and I refused to get 38's. I got serious and with watching what I ate, and exercise, I lost 41 pounds!
Well, I've gained about half that back weighing in at 202 (12/28/2013). I have a week long canoeing/camping trip including portages. Time to get into shape!

My Goals:
Lose 20 lbs by summer.

Get into better shape so a hiking/camping trip is easier on me.

 Eat less, exercise more.

    Assassin's Creed II is AWESOME and I love that I use it for exercise- means that I don't play so long AND that I feel like I'm doing something worthwhile while I am! I highly recommend it as a game as well. Have fun!
