On January 5th 2008, I married the love of my life. It is very important to be around for him for a very long time, and that we can have active and healthy lives - something that has become harder to have as I start this journey over 100 pounds overweight. I look forward to meeting others on this journey and connecting with people to support and be supported by - this can't be done alone!

Just started again on March 7th 2011 with exercise and healthier eating.
Follow the SP Calorie Range Daily!

March 2012 Program:
Mon - Zumba Toning
Tues - Trail Hike 4.5 miles
Wed - Bike + Strength
Thurs - Zumba
Friday - Cardio Mix + Strength
Saturday - Cardio Mix
Sunday - Rest/Walk


April 2011 Program:
Mon- Strength Circuit + 45 -60 Mins. Cardio
Tues - Cardio 70 mins + Hill Walk
Wed - Strength Circuit
Thurs - 70 Mins Cardio + Hill Walk
Fri - Strength Circuit + 56-60 Cardio
Sat - Rest
Sunday - Either Bike Ride or Long Hike

July 2011
Mon - Strength + 90 mins Cardio
Tuesday - 60 min Zumba class + 30 mins Kinect Sports
Wednesday - Yoga class
Thursday - Zumba class
Friday - Water Aerobics Class
Walking every day minimum of 30 minutes

September 2011
Monday - Zumba Toning
Tuesday - Zumba
Wed. - Yoga
Thurs. - Zumba
Friday - Water Aerobics (2 Classes) <
