Life is too short, eat dessert first!


Okay, maybe that's not a good idea, but it sure sounds tasty! I am trying to not even want dessert because I ate such good foods for my meal!

My Goals:
I want to regain control over my mouth, my tastebuds, my stomach (MT&S).

My Program:
 I am trying to make wise choices and incorporate more exercise into the mix. I have begun to run (jog... well, okay, walk) and hopefully will run a half-marathon next year (2011).

I am from central PA. My name is Lesley. I have interests in quilting, cross-stitching, crocheting, cats, guns, motorcycles and life.

 I love to read and my favorite author (to date) is Jodi Picoult!
