    Hi!! I would have lost 30 pounds by now if I wasn't fooling around with sonic and whataburger in february. Well I read in a magazine about this lady who was 258 and went down to a size 0. She was eating a high fiber diet which consisted of brocolli, baked seasoned chicken and greenbean and beans and apples, pears, oranges etc.

    So i decided to make up my own high fiber meals. Fiber Mix Up
    I like to add Seasoned baked chicken, green beans, brocolli, .5 cup of brown rice and mix it all together with 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup. If you want you can even add onion or bell peppers. WHATEVER!! but I havn't did that yet because I don't have that much time during the work week to chop the onion and bell pepper up. Usually I cook every thing separately but I am thinking of baking every thing together one weekend. You can add cheese if you want but not too much if your trying to lose weight. Its really good to me and its loaded with fiber. Hope you like it. Even if you don't its really good for you.

    I have lost my whole 20 pounds eating this way. Its not bad at all. Fiber keeps me full longer then most high fat foods.
