    Ya i think coming on here everyday helps me out. Well for the few days since i have joined. It's good to know that im not the only one trying to get fit. I definately know that im not the only one but its just easier when i can see peoples stories and knowing that there going through on a day by day or week by week basis.

    But for the last week i havent been snacking at night. I still have the urge to but i would usually drink water or have a stick of gum to destract me from my cravings!
