    I saw you were on a fasting team, pretty much defunct. Just visited with a male friend I hadn't seem in months. I don't know why he started longer overnight fasts and fewer meals- I had told him a few years ago just to start with three meals and no snacking on weekdays at least-, but he's lost over 40 lbs. and feels it's very doable indefinitely. I'm in maintenance, so not sure what's next, but it was interesting to see him.

    Oh, he's basically vegan.
