I don't insert my opinion, but if you ask for it, then be prepared for the truth, because I'm tactfully honest and will never just tell you what you want to hear. The battle of the bulge is a HARD one. Whipped it once, but here I am again. I came here for support, and to hopefully support others. I have to believe WE CAN DO THIS!

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
To stay within my calorie range at least 5 days per week.
To walk no less than 20 minutes at least three times a week.
To set aside at least one hour of free time for myself at least 5 days a week.
My Program:
I am now re-visiting Stage 1, because up to now I've taken these precious resources for granted and it's time to make that change!
Personal Information:
I have yo-yo'd up and down, but mostly up and up lately.
I've been on this site for a few years now and I just can't seem to get with the program.
Hoping this gets better.
Other Information:
I love to read. I love music, and a wide range of it. I can go from 20's to Rap, to Pop to Calypso. I am a natural-born writer. I have always kept journals. I am finally "finding myself" on the inside, and now the outside needs to match!
