I just saw your comment from a few days back on the Iron Maidens team. Firstly - welcome to the team! Second, I wanted to actually answer one of your questions - the only supplements I take are a daily vitamin (Centrum for Women). Otherwise, it's just quality food (mostly meat and veggies - straight-up carbs like oatmeal and wheat toast in the morning only) and extra protein (egg whites, Greek yogurt, and protein shakes). I'm glad you found a trainer - mine has been a life saver. You will love what strength training does for you!
I also read a couple of your blogs. How's the running going? I am so with you - the elliptical IS a gateway drug. I now run 4 days a week, and love it. I only wish I was faster! 3748 days ago
