Tufano79...Am I "tuf" enough?


Hey all...My name is Josie and I'm trying to lose weight so I can feel better about myself! I recently sprained my ankle and gained a ton of weight because I couldn't move around as much. I went through physical therapy and I felt great going there and I lost weight as well! So, I started watching what I eat and going to the gym. But I need further motivation...

Anyhoo...I'm 29 years old and I live in Plainfield, IL. I'm a music teacher and when I'm not teaching, I'm at home ...

My Program:
 I'm currently counting my calories. I eat between 1300 and 1800 calories a day (depending on if I'm working out). I'm also working with a trainer.

    Just getting back to the computer after my surgery and wanted to check in with all my friends and see how everyone is doing.

    My surgery went well, and so far so good on not gaining weight during my recovery.
