Introduction Text I am now 46 years old and feel better than I have in years. I started doing more workouts at home and eating healthier than I ever have. Instead of making excuses when I couldn't make it to the gym, I started using home dvd's like turbofire and am about to start a new one called Chalean Extreme. I am also now part of an awesome team of beachbody coaches that reach out to people everywhere to help them get fit or just share in their struggles and successes. I have been a yoyo dieter and exerciser all of my life. My goal now is to workout on a daily basis, eat healthy and change my bad habits into good ones for life. Also to teach my children and grandchildren to do the same.

I have been doing beachbody programs such as turbo kick, turbo fire and chalean extreme. I love all of beachbody products and did not see any results in my weight or measurements until I started with these programs. I also started using shakeology at least once a day and the difference in my health and the way I feel is amazing!

I love to spend time with my grandchildren who are 3 and 5 and try to do some kind of physical activity everytime I am with them. I also take an adult tap and jazz class which is alot of fun and a greatworkout. I am married to a wonderful man who supports me in everything I do. I am a recent college graduate, I went back because I never did when I was younger and I wanted to show my kids how important an education is to their future.
