The magic 8-ball


Years ago I was shopping with my children and I saw one of those magic 8-balls. I can never resist asking a question when I see one. Usually it's something silly, but that day I had something important on my mind so I asked that important question. The answer was 'no.' So I asked again and the second time the answer was also a negative, but the outcome was important to me so I asked one more time and this time I got a 'definitely.'
