I've been working out with moderate to high intensity for about 5 yrs now- so it's fairly well under control. No more gaining for me! I've learned how to maintain without much effort, but now struggling with tweaking those last dratted 10 lbs off, to gain muscle definition. But the main thing is still strength, coordination and balance, not the scale, appearance or size. I'm using mostly products from Beachbody (currently a mix of P90X and INSANITY) and a little bit of Jillian Michaels for DVDs, plus some tabatas with FitDecks and weather permitting outside, running/walking. My biggest goal at this point isn't weight loss anymore, but my endurance with the running and INSANITY. Maybe one day I can do a half marathon- or even a marathon! But first things first... I still need to get to where I can run a 5K or 10K without having to stop and walk. :-)

My Goals:
Fitness goals including expanding my business with Beachbody, as I believe their products are very effective! Contact me if you want to know more!
I'm also working on my running endurance as my main goal, now that I'm pretty much where I want to be as far as the scale goes.


My Program:
Still doing a mix of P90X, ChaLEAN Extreme, Power90, Turbo Jam, Slim in 6, 10-Minute Trainer and Hip Hop Abs from Beachbody... including INSANITY, too! Yikes! lol
I also have a collection of Jillian Michaels DVDs too. The home workouts work for me, so I don't have to drag the kids to the gym. I can fit in a workout ANYtime I can find a moment, even when dinner is in the oven, if I have to!



Personal Information:
I have 2 kids: one 12 yrs old (really?!?) and the other 10 yrs. We live in the TX panhandle though there are days when I dream of the mountains of CO.
I work as a Beachbody Coach while at home, and as a nursing school instructor/RN while outside the home.


Other Information:
I love crocheting, cross-stitching, reading, the internet... which means I really HAVE to workout each day, to compensate for the sedentary hobbies! I also enjoy gardening, photography, hiking, geocaching and traveling. Those things will at least get me out and moving around. :-)

    Hi! Construction on my home gym is complete and I am going to start building up my DVD collection. Unfortunately buying more than one program is out of the question for me for awhile....so I wondered what you like the most of all your programs? I love strength training more than cardio and so I think that's something I'd stick with longer. Any ideas would be helpful!
