2020- A very difficult year. Personal challenge is to stay positive and Respect all Lives.
2019: Changing the way I look at nutrition, so I am trying ketodiet and continue with strength training.
Eat less packaged foods.
Do more of cooking from scratch.
Eating more plant foods and less of the animal based food
Get enough sleep.

My Goals:
1: Lose weight the healthy way.
2: Learn to control my food portions
3: Be able to exercise daily
4: Have funny while doing all the above.
5: I will be active with my teams, cheering, encouraging and sharing the good and the bad news.
My Program:
1: Cardio 6X a week minimum 30 /day and this will include using DVD (Leslie's) walking on treadmill and outside. Do curves circuit 4X week and yoga once a week. daily.
2: Strength 3X a week for at least 30 minutes
NUTRITION
1: eat between 1260-1550 cal/day.
2: Going to develop a plan to avoid over eating during the evenings and weekends.
3: Drink 8-12 glasses of water.
4: Avoid alcohol.
5: Reduce processed foods and eat more plant based foods.
6: Aim to lose 50 lb to reach my healthy weight (130-140) for my age.

I am a Veterinarian-Researcher. Work with animal viruses.
I love to cook and read fiction when I am not into hard science.
