I've got some time on my hands and love my early morning quiet hours while my hubby is still snoozing. I find inspirations for my day and/or just relax for a while. There are no demands on me this early and I can just be me!
I craft for fun, relaxation and a little bit of profit.
I've got some time on my hands and love my early morning quiet hours while my hubby is still snoozing. I find inspirations for my day and/or just relax for a while. There are no demands on me this early and I can just be me!

My Goals:
Health is my overall goal. I have a disability and most days I start slow until I can move enough to function. Small exercises are my hero on those days because it enables me to move.
My Program:
I take one day at a time because I never know how I wake up and what my body will be able to do this day. I explored Intermittent Fasting and discovered it's not for me. I love carbs and find that I need carbs in my life. I feel better for it. I walk most days. I eat fresh foods since I have the time I enjoy the shopping for fresh and wholesome ingredients. I also add frozen food and meals to our diet on busy days. The combination gives me lots of options and works for us.
Personal Information:
I live in Texas now, but my family and I traveled the world for decades as part of the US Forces.
Other Information:
I am a avid reader and crafter. I am working on several projects at a time.
