    If you want/need a little push...consider joining us for an 5 week challenge.

    Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. It is similar to the Biggest Loser team. There are 3 teams that compete within the X-Weighted team. We do ATC (All Teams Challenge) various challenges (nutrition, fitness etc.) The main requirement is to post your weight weekly. The ATC challenges and/if individual teams have challenges are optional (however, very beneficial). If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Hey new friend! :) I too am a serious emotional eater. There are days when I can't get the food in my mouth fast enough and I really have to check myself. I seriously get to the point of what I call "black out meals" where I look down and all of my food is gone and I don't recall the taste of anything. It's great your mindful and taking control!

    Congrats on all of your awesomeness and weight loss! I know you can just *taste* that under 200... You're SO close! Keep up the hard work and you'll be there in no time. :D

    Thanks for the comment on my status! I am slowly learning to let the slip-ups go (big and little), because you are completely right, one piece of pizza is not going to ruin my life (or my weight loss journey)! :D
