You asked how I stay below goal for almost 5 years-- I still weigh, measure and track my food, plus I always go to my WWMeetings every week to WI and stay for the meeting... Each time I lost weight, I figured I didn't need WW, Jenny Craig, etc programs and so I left-- promptly gaining weight. So, I've figured I am never healed from overeating and regaining pounds.
