Introduction Text Hello, my name is Autumn, and I'm new to this, so please bare with me....I am happily married to a wonderful man for well over five years now, all our children are grown and moved away to start lives of their own, so here I am a stay at home mom, with too much time on my hands, and not enough motivation to do much! Help!

Since meeting my husband, I've learned so much about eating healthier, I must admit, I've run into a few bumps along the road, but now I'm back at eating healthy again, and working out as much as I can, my goal is to reach a healthy weight, and continue to eat healthy on a regular basis.

Right now, I'm back to eating healthy, and working out as much as I can, I have back, hip and knee problems, so I have to be careful not to over exert myself, I enjoy walking, and yoga for the most part, dancing is another passion of mine as well!

My name is Autumn, I am happily married to my best friend Bryan, we live out in the High Desert area in California, together we have three children, two of my own from a previous marriage, both boys now grown and starting lives of their own, my youngest is serving in the U.S. Army, and is currently in Iraq, my husband has a daughter from a previous marriage, she is now also grown and starting her own life as well, We both enjoy church activities, hiking, motorcycle riding, and spending time with friends and family, as well as time with our pets.

I enjoy spiritual educational books, my favorite author is Joyce Meyer, movies that we enjoy are comedy, romance, and action, so long as they're not too vulgar.
