    Yep--the kettlebell adjusts from 5lb to 8lb to 12lb . What I like best is that as I outgrow the lower weight, I won't end up with extra bells taking up space (cuz I hate to buy things just to get rid of them).

    How's SF treating you?? TO me, it is WW best kept secret!

    Switching back and forth is a nightmare as far as the WW tracker is concerned--paper tracking much easier.

    All I did was make sure I stayed within my DP only when I was taking a break from SFT.

    I recommend once you learn all the green circle foods--keep you tracker on DP (this way one eye can make sure your portions are not eating over 30 DP a day).

    To answer your Q: When using up the weekly points.. if I use something that has points for a whole serving, but none for half on more than one day, do I combine days so that they become the whole serving and then count the points? A: I never got that precise--also the tracker would not do it so I don't think you need too.

    On the oils, you are allowed 2 tsp per day.. if you use 3.. do you count the points for just the 1tsp of oil 1 SP or do you now consider it 3tsp of oil 4 SP? The first 2 tsp healthy oils are free --if you have one more--just count it as 1 tsp

    Both great questions. As a word of caution--watch your fruit for some women it packs on the pounds.

    Also--if you blend foods many of them change into non-SF points. So things like smoothies could be a prob if you have them often.
