50 pounds of extra weight is getting in the way of me living my life!
I want to show my kids a healthy lifestyle.
I struggle, but I am determined to keep picking myself up. I am forcing myself to take time to improve on me. Yeah, right now it is at the gym. But, it is working... and not just physically. I am starting to feel better emotionally as well.

My Goals:
I want to get my life back!
Lose the weight, get organized, and become more active in my community.
I want to have more clothing options.
I want to be one of those tone old ladies...not a flabby granny on a rascal.
My Program:
Trying to put what is God's part in his hands and do what is my part.
Going to the gym at least four (4) days a week.
Try not to binge eat.
And look for opportunities to build friendships, and be the kind of person I would like to have in my life.
Personal Information:
Mother of four...seven if you count the dogs, (and I do).
Mother, Wife, and former leader of more then a few rebel regimes.
