    Just wanted to stop by your page and give a quick hello and see how you are doing. This time of year...everything is stressed and demanding. I hope you are doing well with keeping on course with your goals in mind. Dont forget to get in some exercise...it really is a great stress reliever and keeps that metabolism burning. I look forward to my walks in the morning...great way for me to start the day.

    Im so glad you stopped by my page and left a comment. I can relate to your story 100% because that is EXACTLY how I felt and how I regarded myself. I will tell you that it can be done..you can lose the weight and become healthy and fit. I used to say to myself that I just will have to accept the fact that I will be overweight the rest of my life. I even told family and friends that THIS is just who I am...who I am destined to be and that was how it was. I gave up on myself and spent time being unhappy and miserable in my own skin. It wasnt comfortable and my self esteem and confidence was completely thrown out the window. I avoided people and social situations and it not only hurt me but was hurting those that loved me because I was closing myself from them too.
    Im sorry to go on about that, but I wanted you to know that I was there too. I understand what you felt. I also know that you can do this!! YOU can start to become fit and make healthier choices and it will begin to become easier to do things and your attitude will soar. I started out by doing 10 minutes on the treadmill, and each day pushed myself to continue walking on that treadmill and every 3-4 days, I would challenge myself to stay 2 minutes longer. Eventually, I built a fitness level and started looking forward to my workouts. YOU can too....I believe that you can make it happen.
    I feel honored that you added me to your page. I would also like to add you too....to read how you are getting stronger and healthier.

    Thank you so much for the comments. It is always so nice to hear from new people. I am kind of where you are at on your spark page. Lose 30 and be done. I am down 32 and really want to hit that 40lb. And I do walk, walk, walk. I used to go to the Y for 2yrs and I have found more results in walking. But maybe I am more dedicated this time. No more fat me!!!!!

    Hey Unfluffy,

    NEBRASKAGAL and I were talking about Rewarding ourselves for weight. Other than food. She suggested a Jar, I told her to tog the craziest looking jar this is...Because I am out of my mind at times!! Reward ourselves for walking, losing weight, or a task that is hard for you (leg lifts, wall push-ups, etc). Then we buy something for ourselves...manicures, pedicures, clothes, or whatever you want!! I say you owe the jar $9.40 so far!!! Start a Group...Maybe wil be the JAR Heads, I don't know...Take pictures and keep track of what we are doing to earn our rewards (other than food). What do you say??? Let me know. Rock on with your weight loss!!!
