My goal is to lose 30 lbs and reach my goal weigh by January 2012... This 30 lbs is so very important for me to lose because it will help me accomplish larger life goals to: 1. Get pregnant have have a healthy pregnancy (as a 40 year old) in 2012 2. Reduce risks of Diabetes and Hypertension 3. Manage/minimize the risk of hereditary anxiety and mental health issues 4. Boost self esteem 5. Feel Sexy! (a word that I've never used to describe myself)
