I have used the ketogenic diet once before and it really helped me with my medical problems. We have lived here in Kentucky for a year, but selling our house in Maryland and moving in with our son and daughter-in-law in West Virginia was used as an excuse by me to not do much of anything for my health. Consistency is so important in many things.

    Hello USMAWIFE,
I was looking at a fellow Spring 5% teammates page which is where I found you.
I saw that you are the leader of the stashbusters team. I am Crissyrr and am requesting an invite to this team if I can please. You are welcome to visit my spark page anytime. I wish I had been posting pics of my knitting projects! This last winter ended to soon for me, I was having too much fun knitting mittens. I have lost count of how many pairs I knitted but it was a lot and I gifted them all. We, my oldest daughter and I, knit hats & scarves for a local charity in our area as well. Currently making a poncho for my 2 year old granddaughter!

    Nice to meet you,
    Crissy emoticon

Thanks for the loom house blog love. I'm hoping that today it is warm enough I do not need my heater but doubt that will happen.

Thanks so much for the knitting in out-patient surgery blog love. We are really glad she pushed, and had the time. Finally this problem will be taken care of. We still have at least another month before all is complete but we have a reason for it happening and a plan to take care of it.

Thanks for the blog love for Scout and his boxes. Best thing for pets and small children - they all love them.
