    I saw that you needed support today in the huddle. You can reach all of your goals. Just take it one day at a time and one pound at a time. Set up some smaller goals and celebrate each achievement. YOU CAN DO THIS! emoticon

    Hmm... my best tips? Three key things that has really done it for me:
    1. logging food - everything - and sticking to the calorie range relentlessly.
    2. exercising almost every day of the week, both strength training and cardio.
    3. The other huge factor is support from my SP friends. There are a few of us that check in with each other every day and sometimes have little mini goals we aim for together. For me, this has really helped b/c I look at a big dessert and think about having to a) log all those calories and b) admit it to my friends on SP the next day and c) know I'll see slower results on the scale and tape measure.

    Different things work for different people, but for me, those two things have been the difference between this and all the other times I've dieted.

    You are doing great so far! 15 lbs. down is awesome! Keep up the good work and let me know if you ever have any questions or need support!
