My name is Valéria and I am from Brazil, speak portuguese, and am not very fluent in English.... Actually I can understand English very well, but I have some difficulty in writing it well :-D .... So I will try to write about me in English ... but, if you see any mistakes or wrong words ohhhhh please let me know :-D

I always had problems with my weight, since I was a teenager. I was always beginning and then leaving diets, always disappointed. My relationship with food was unhealthy - for every 2 days that were on a diet, 2 others passed eating desperately :-(

In October of 2003, due to some stress in my life my weight went to 145 pounds , since I am only 5'1" , this weight was not a good thing!

Then I saw an article about the weight watcher group for alimentary re-education and I enrolled myself. It was there that everything started to change. This self-knowledge made me accept the problem better, and perceive that it was necessary to have patience to wait for things to happen, of course, and not follow impossible examples and unattainable weight loss goals . It was wonderful to me.


I lost weight and passed three years keeping an ideal weight. However ... last year I got fat again due more stress in my life ....... I guess that I do not deal very well with stress LOL :-D

..... So today am here in Sparkpeople searching for motivation to lose these pounds I gained. I want to be happy with the way I look like ......

Everyday:

1. Drink 8oz. glass of water

2. Stay within calorie range (1200-1500)

3. Cardio train for 50+min

4. Strength train for 50+ mins

5. Get 5 or more fruits and veggies

6. 100+ crunches

7. Visit and comment to 5 or more sparkfriend´s page

8. Visit and comment to 5 or more sparkteam´s page


My Program:
I'm going to keep the workout schedule :



Sunday= 30 min. cardio only

Monday= 50 min. upper body + 50 min. cardio

Tuesday= 50 min. lower body + 50 min. cardio

Wednesday= 50 min. core/abs + 50 min. cardio

Thursday= 50 min. upper body + 50 min. cardio

Friday= 50 min. lower body + 50 min. cardio

Saturday= 50 min core/abs + 50 min. cardio
