My Goals:
I'd like to lose up to 70lbs, depending on muscle gained could be less.
My Program:
I am doing a lower carb, moderate to high fat. Not fully LCHF. Most carbohydrates coming from vegetables and occasional gluten free foods. Up to 80 carbs a day.
Personal Information:
I am 33, married and have two young kids. I teach yoga and make crafts.
