We do not stand in front or behind but beside each other. You can do this. It will happen. Maybe not today or even tomorrow but you will do it if you believe in yourself. Find that strength deep inside and bring it out. Even a small victory is a step ahead. This is going to be YOUR year!! You are worth it!!

Good for you for getting out there today. I always feel so much better about myself when I get a workout done, no matter what kind.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Think on this, sweetie: three months ago, I was also 25 lbs heavier and I could not run a full 1:30 minute interval.

You can run...if you WANT to run. It's hard as hell to get started but of you just keep going, it gets easier. My trainer ran his first race (a 10k) at 330 lbs. He was my inspiration (ON2VICTORY). He has now run 7 half marathons, 2 full marathons, lost 117 lbs and is training for a half Iron Man.

If he can do it, I can do it. If I can do it, YOU can do it.

Hi Vicki! So, how DID you and your hubby get together? lol! I have added you as a Spark Friend and would love if you added me back. Your answers to my questions were very interesting and realistic. I belong to the Genealogy Team. It is a lot of fun with interesting info and lots of nice people as members, too.
