I'm a mom of 4 boys- ages 13, 11, and 6 year old twins. All of them keep me on the move- with sports, school, me working full time, and going to school full time. I'm on a mission to lose the weight for good this time.

1. Get out of the plus section at the store. 2. Get rid of my "muffin top" 3. Work out at least 6 days a week. 4. Go to kickboxing at least 3x week. 5. Eat at least 2 fruits a day.

Just watching my calories and the choices that I make. Trying to keep my sodium and carb intake low.

I live in Kirkwood, NY and work full time as a medical office supervisor. I'm also going to school full time online for a bachelors in healthcare management.
