When trying to lose weight there are no differences. I am tired of all the excuses that I use all the time and giving it. Its time to be serious and real with myself. I am not healthy and I need to change. I know I can do it. I have to stop letting things get me down and running to food. This is not the answer. I can do it I can do it!!! I am now pushing for at least 2lbs a week for weight loss. Lets see how it goes. I am Beautiful Inside and Out No Matter How Big I am!!! 8/4/09

*Are added anytime* Sit in an armchair comfortably- Cross my legs- Walk 5 miles straight- Wearing size 22- Wearing size 18-20- Wearing size 14-16- Wearing size 10-12- Wearing an 7-8- Walk a marathon- Have more energy- Eat in moderation- Happy to look in a mirror- Not the fattest one at a party- Not to be the fattest friend- Run a marathon-
