My opinion differs from yours about the BODY telling you not to exercise.
I believe that your body speaks ( signals) to you about not exercising when you've overworked it or perhaps have some type of injury and it needs time off to rest and recover. I am also of the belief that it's more of your mind, motivation or willpower and not the body that comes more into play when you're losing a desire to exercise.
Thanks for taking time out to stop and comment on my blog. Much success to you on your journey! 1927 days ago

Thank you VERNITA4, for the SparkGoodie. I'm with you! I have been practicing throwing out food that would be detrimental to my SparkJourney. Better yet, I am trying to do a much better job planning my menu, shopping, and storing food. I am also working on identifying what I am eating for (hunger, boredom, stress, etc...) and what I am truly craving. And I am even extending application of this to my clothing and other possessions and purchases. The Spark has me on fire! I am on a journey to a healthier me in many ways and taking one step at a time. Keep Sparking! We are SparkPeople and we can do this! 3095 days ago
MISSLISA1973
I'm sorry, I just saw your message from April on my "Don't be afraid to give yourself everything you've ever wanted in life" graphic. I got it from someone else by right clicking (if you have a PC; I'm not sure how to do it with a Mac) directly over the picture, then choosing the "save picture as" option. Sometimes I also choose the "Set as background option," which changes the desktop background on your computer to that picture instead of whatever you have on it.
If you have trouble, just SparkMail me your email address and I can send it to you.
