Jump into January - Setting Goals for the New Year
Had a wake-up call with my glucose levels recently and am committed to increasing my exercise, focusing on eliminating simple sugars and non nutritious foods, stressing less and having more fun, and being more aware on a daily basis of all the things I have to be thankful about.
