Yep, If I say it it will happen! 12 years ago I lost 60 pounds and kept it off for 10 years. Two years ago I started a stressful nursing career and everything seemed to sliiiide! I have gained 20 pounds and I am dedicated to losing it! I was a strict low carber and somehow I decided that I could just have a few and now I am a high-carber looking to get back to that low carb lifestyle. It is the only thing that works for me! Moderation with the carbs does not work for me!! Now I am all about the Fat Resistance Diet and will be doing Jillian Micheal's Making the Cut October 26 2008.

Ok here are my 30 day MTC results! I had to post them now even though I still have 2 weeks to go, but I have completed the 30 days. I think they are really great results!

I can not believe it! The pounds mean nothing compared to the inches lost!

(EDIT 12/07/08: I did the peaking thing in the back of Making The Cut and I did lose 6.5 pounds because in week five I gained 3.5 pounds inexplicably! This journey with Making the Cut has been both euphoric and deeply disappointing. I must keep on. I must keep working towards my goal. I will not quit I will not give in!)

I think my husband will be please because when he left in June I was around 132 pounds!

Ok, so I did MTC and I made it through the holidays losing and gaining only 3 pounds so I feel successful. I went down to 117.2 and it felt great!

My mini 2009 goal is to lose 1 pound a week and reach my goal weight on March 15th!!

    Other than that I am sooooo happy hubby is home. He fell asleep like 40min after getting home and I left early this morning so I still havent had alot of time to spend with him. I told him to take a nap today so he wouldnt be in bed at 7pm.
    I didnt look at the whole training program Nancy sent me but it looks pretty good. I am starting the Shred this afternoon. I think I will do Level 1 twice.
