I am 27 years old and have struggled with my weight for what feels like forever. I used to be thin, but never thought I was and then I ended up gaining a bunch of weight, and hardly recognizing myself. For the last 4 years I have been losing weight and gaining some back. The lowest point I have gotten to was 153, and I felt good at that point, although I still had a ways to go. Some how, I gained a bit back and lately have been struggling between 158 and 165, which is not okay and not where I want to be! I am committed to reaching my goal and keeping the weight off for good. I want to feel amazing in my body. My ultimate goal is to feel good, be healthy, full of vitality & energy, thin, lean, & strong! I will reach my goal weight of between 130-140, depending on what feels best.
