Introduction Text Update: Feb 3 2013: When I had lost all that weight in 2009 in 4 months of joining Spark People, I felt amazing inside and out. Then, the great accuser came and filled my heart and soul with grief. I was bound with all the insecurities and failures of life. I slowly gained all the weight back. Again, I was 200+ lbs. I felt overwhelmed with the woes of life. Food had always been a comfort thing (unbeknownst to me). Here I am 2/3/2013... 3 days before my 27th Birthday a freedom fighter in Christ Jesus in size 7 jeans. I hadn't been able to wear these in years. I must say now that my mind has been renewed I'm going all the way. With a healthy heart, mind, body and soul. I am here to serve and love all people. My life plans, dreams and goals is now to serve God's will for my life. I must say that I've never been happier. I've never read a more romantic love story such as this: The love Christ has for all of his people. I want all my spark family to know, that you are what you eat. Be mindful of what we allow to manifest within ourselves through the decisions we make. When you're spending your money on any type of commodity make sure that person or company has your best interest at heart. I'm making a pledge to only buy from companies and individuals that has the best interest of others in heart. Not the ones who only love money and profit. These companies or individuals will only sale you death. It's no coincidence that all of these health issues are in the world. I want you to learn not to take your health and life issues lightly! We only get one body!!!! These processed foods are not the answer!!!! What comes from the earth untainted is the answer! I want you to read these labels when they market a product as being healthy. I also want you to close out all of these world voices and opinions. Please make time for yourself. You can't be everything to everyone. Take a vacation if need be. Walk around the corner, go to the park, the beach and search for your own truth and what works for you! My co-workers can't believe the remarkable progress I made in just a month, just eating Fruits and vegetables, no processed or restaurant food. God does it so that men will revere him. 2009:I want to start off by saying this site Is totally awesome. For years I let myself completely go. I didn't care about what I put in my body. I mainly ate out of boredom. I rarely drinked water. I was like so many Americans, stopping at fast food restaurants all the time(biggie this,super size that). At my heaviest I was 214lbs. Everyone always told me I didn't look that fat.That was the thing they said " that fat". Doing simple things was hard for me .I couldn't walk a block without my heart pounding out my chest. Going up a flight of stairs was exhausting. I just didn't have any energy. I have always loved fashion. I couldn't shop at my favorite stores anymore. So I stopped shopping and I was completely depressed. I had no passion for anything anymore. I read as many books as I could to escape my reality and live someone else life. Things were just to convenient for me. Then I fell on hard times, and didn't have a car. I was forced to walk everywhere in the hot Florida heat. I started drinking more water to stay hydrated. Then I became addicted to green giant veggies, and I rarely ate meat. I wasn't even trying to lose weight. I ended up losing almost 50lb in 4 months. I must say I looked great, I could fit in small junior tops. I wore a size 10 bottom. Then things got convenient for me again. I got back to my old ways, and I gained most of that weight back. I reached 195lbs. and decided I have to do something. I needed a lifestyle change. Something that I could do, that would grant me permanent weight loss results,and here I am. I've looked for a site like this for a very long time.I am so motivated to achieve my goals, I no longer have an excuse not to live a healthy lifestyle, and achieve my weight loss results. One of my favorite scriptures “spend your time and energy in training yourself for spiritual fitness. Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important for it promises a reward in both this life and the next.” ( First Edition of the New Living Translation of the Bible) 1 Timothy 4:7-8 One of my favorite quotes "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't exist."

To maintain my weight loss and stay healthy. Adopt new habits on this road to wellness. Now, for the superficial goal: to be able to wear a bikini and feel completely comfortable............

I am doing a little cardio 3 days a week(treadmaill,stairs climber,etc.)I am cutting back on my daily calorie intake. I am drinking only water(at least 6 glasses a day). I love green giant frozen veggies, so thats also apart of it. Instead of chips ahoy chewy(red pack) I'll eat a serving of fruit.I also added jump rope.

I am from jacksonville,fl. That's North East FL. I am a college student (medical office)I have to say I am wise beyond my years(as far as my thought process goes).My soul yearns for truth. I am a person with a huge heart.I love to make people laugh. I can get along with anyone(if I dont like u, U most likely have a ugly spirt..lol). I am here to motivate and be motivated. So please dont hesitate on any account.

I love to read books. Anything dealing with biblical prophecy, futuristic technology,terrorism,political thrillers,etc. My favorite authors are Tim Lahaye and Jerry B. Jenkins of the best-selling left behind series, and the recently added The Jesus Chronicles. I love Joel C. Rosenberg, he is the author of The Last Jihad,The last days, Ezekial Option, and The Copper Scroll to name a few. He is hailed as the nostradamus of our time. He writes stories, and they actually come true(sept.11, war with sadam ,rebuilding of babylon).
