Introduction Text Welcome to my Journey. I am on my way to a new a better me. I've been on this journey for quite some time. I'm a mother of 2 teenage boy twins and a college student. I love the Lord and I'm actively involved in my church. I made up my mind to get my health and strength back 2 years ago. So I joined Weight Watchers in October 2004 and I lost a total of 54 lbs. My BMI at that time was a whopping 46. At this moment my BMI is 39. Unfortunately I gained 10 back over the summer but I've put a stop to that and I'm back on track. I declare that I have power over all the power of the enemy. Nothing shall by any means hurt me. I declare I will abide in the Vine. I declare that I am a friend of God. To become healthier To become more mobile To become more confident. To work on "me" inside (spiritually) as well as outwardly (my weight)

I am using Weight Watcher FLEX plan. I do alternate between CORE and Flex, depending on the time of year. I mostly eat CORE foods and CORE style but still count points.



DECLARATION OF FAVOR! By the grace of God, I am highly FAVORED. I have FAVOR both with God and man. I am made in God's image. I am a FAVORED child of God. I am the apple of God's eye. I am uniquely esteemed, and I have undue preference in my life. I am The King's kid with a royal status, which affords me preferential treatment. My life is crowned with glory and honor. Goodness and mercy follow me in every area of my life. I walk in FAVOR daily. I declare FAVOR in every area of my life, my family, my job, my neighbors, in the marketplace, with the government,with the media,and in places that I travel. I decree it and so it is established in God, through the blood of Christ Jesus, and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
