Had a few hard days, I pulled my back and have been in bed for the past 3 days. I haven\t eaten very good as my daughter has been bring me food to bed to eat!
I went to the chiro today and starting to feel better but not allowed to workout until Thur. I did plan my day for tomorrow and have my work cut out for me, for the past few days of bad foods, and a lot of choc.
No, I haven't ran a 5k, or ran anything. My trainer has me running, when I first started I ran 1 min then walked 2 mins. I am now up to run 1 min walk 1 min. I am hoping to change to run 1.5 mins this week. I do this for about 45 mins, once a week. (other workout other day of the week)
My goal for myself is to run with my dog, 4k but the end of the summer. This will be fun, have to teach my dog how to run, she is still a puppy and likes to jump when you are running. Going to be a learning thing for the two of us. But I don't go outside unless she is with me!
I have thought about doing a run as a goal but I live away from a city about 5 hours and it would be something I would have to plan to do.
