My Goals:
Be as healthy as I can be, all to the glory of God.Be young at heart, and stay looking young.Be an encouragement to others.

My Program:
 I am journaling on my nutrition page, working out 4 days a week(cardio for 20-30 min.)and 2 days a week(weight training) and working out with a personal trainer...thank you Rhonda!
