Introduction Text in the last 3 years i've gained about 100 pounds! i need to lose all of that, plus more! i don't want to "fad diet", i don't want to have surgery, i want to do this the right way! i NEED to this the right way, to show myself i have what it takes. after i lose my weight, i hope to enjoy things that normally i couldn't do at this weight. i want to: -go rock climbing -go water skiing -wear a swimsuit, w/o covering up -run a marathon -go horseback riding -fly in a plane w/o being squished *****My REWARDS!***** weight - reward -310lbs. - $10 in iTunes. -300lbs. - silver bangel bracelet -290lbs. - a new lipstick -280lbs. - a pedicure -270lbs. - new sunglasses -260lbs. - a new out fit -250lbs. - Boilage shampoo/conditioner

Ulitmate Goal- be 170 lbs. 2007 Goal- be 250 lbs. by 12/31/07 Shortterm Goal- 299 lbs. by 5/1/07

Staying within calories range. drinking 1 gallon of water per day. go to the gym Mon, Tues & Thurs, Fri.--doing 60 minutes of cardio per visit.
