Introduction Text Hi... My name is Regi and I'm 51 and I just want to be me again, I have diabetes now and I'm tired of being OBESE!!! "It's TIME for me to be healthy!!"

My goals are to make better choices in my eating, eat smaller portions, keep track of my food and water intake. Work on being more active. And working on it a little at a time so it will stay off for good :o)

Just trying to get a routine down with watching what I eat, and trying to get in some form of exercise everyday if possible.

I'm from Oregon City, OR I'm a mother of 2 children, my daughter is 20 and my son is 16. I've been overweight for most of my life, but this is the heaviest I've ever been and I've been this heavy for much to long now........TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to be a more active part of my kids lives before they are grown up and moved out, plus I would love to feel better about myself and have that HAPPY SMILE that I see on so many people's faces that have lost their weight :o)
