    Welcome to the Living Binge Free team. Learning to eat reasonably and resist binge urges doesn't have to be arduous ALL the time. When we're honest, we see that we can really feed ourselves reasonably and eat a fair amount of good food. It's part of the brain pattern that thinks it's actually protecting us that makes us think a lot of thoughts about how TERRIBLE it is, how HARD it is, how UNFAIR it is. but it really isn't any of those things when we really look at the situation. Yes, it can be very uncomfortable at times to go through the withdrawal from the habits, but it isn't all day every day and it isn't as bad as a nasty toothache or headache. It's just a bit more frequent but it's DOABLE. And even more important: it's worth it. I can't guarantee that your experience will be like mine, but I can tell you that every difficult moment has been worth it. I have NEVER been sorry that I've stuck to my plan instead of giving in to the urge to go off it. That was even through many plateaus. It just feels better physically, weight loss or no, to not consistently overeat. Come check us out! emoticon
