Introduction Text 68 yr old who spent the first 40 yrs without any thought of her weight. As a child and young adult very thin and tall. Ate anything and never could gain weight. Had two children. Even after gaining weight with them I was not having any issue with my weight. A nice average size 12. I'm not sure what happened or exactly when but over the years the pounds just started to stay. Then comes menopause. Just an excuse l know. But there you have it. Brings us to age 68. Size 20/22. Where the h*** did I go? High blood pressure, triglycerides, prediabetes and 207 pounds. Chronic pain auto immune disease thrown in just for fun. Brings us to my last Dr appt. Enough is enough. Abt a month ago found Spark. Down 18+ pounds from my last appointment. About 4 weeks here. This is the beginning of my journey to health.
