My Goals:
my goal is to lose as much as possible and be physically fit.

My Program:
 I Just started back in April 2012 I do 30-35 minutes on and excercise bike and 20-22 minutes on the treadmill followed by crunches and ab workouts also i play basketball for extra cardio and light weight lifting for toning


Personal Information:
DEWAYNE from Nashville, TN 33 married no kids I am a graduate of University of Phoenix I have a degree in Business Finance was my major.

Other Information:
 Always open to meet new spark friends and help motivate people to acheive their goals as well as getting motivation.
