Introduction Text Hello Hello... This is a very old pic, but it's my fave. Isn't he gorgeous?! I guess I don't look too bad either, but like I said, it's a VERY old pic (Ha-Ha)... Happy Dieting!!!

No more "F**K IT'S"... I WILL be patient with my weight loss process! I will NOT get discouraged and give up if I don't lose fast enough! I WILL be able to look in the mirror and like what I see again!





With time, women gain weight because we accumulate so much information and wisdom in our heads that when there is no more room, it distributes out to the rest of our bodies. So we aren't heavy, we are enormously cultured, educated and happy. Beginning today, when I look at my butt in the mirror I will think... Good grief, look how smart I am! Must be where 'Smart Ass' came from!
