I'm really...really looking forward to losing weight with my 'crew' of friends....and who knows... someday - since you're somewhat close to me (I'm up in lancaster) - maybe after we're both at our 100lb milestone mark... we can arrange a meeting...

Joe, welcome to the Spark Men. You can lose a couple pounds per week easy by tracking what you eat (eat right) and planning out your exercise (and doing it). This isn't rocket science. Best of luck. Rick 4801 days ago
