I live in San Antonio, Tx. I love my life, my son, and my boyfriend.... I hope my motivation to loose weight this time gets me over the barrier I always fall on.... I started gaining all my weight when I was around 5 or 6.
When my parents divorced and I had a new step mom she started pointing out what I never realized... that I was fat! As I became more aware with it around 13 I decided to "diet" and became what I call a fat bulimic. I would lose 12 pounds one week the next 7... then my appetite became to much to overcome and I gave up and put back on the pounds. It got worse as I grew up. When I was 16 it got so bad that I would have spasms in the middle of the night. I have an eating disorder, I binge and I crave. But NOW I am more educated and am ready to start on a path to becoming healthy and above all more patient when it comes to loosing weight. It's not healthy and there's no rush to have to loose pounds and pounds in a matter of a week. New starts give you a second chance and I'm ready. So far so good. The results of taking my time are paying off. Not only because I'm loosing weight. But because my appetite isn't being neglected. I still eat what I want, just fit it in my meal plan! Eating disorders can be helped when you take your time to realize what you're doing to yourself. When you realize.... they're just as bad as staying fat.









My boyfriend has told me he wants to have another baby, of course we already have our 3 year old son. Before I had gotten pregnant with him I weighted 225, after the pregnancy I weighted 237... Then I let myself go and got up to my heaviest which was 280.... I don't want to make the same mistake so I have another motivation to loose weight aside from my trip to Florida. To have another awesome baby!

My Goals:
My overall medium goal is to loose 70 pounds by july. I'm going to Florida and I don't want to look like a beached whale. lol.


My Program:
I'm a big calorie counter. I've been doing it so long that I can tell you the calories in something off the top of my head.... kinda sad. I'm not much for exercise because i'm a lil' insecure about walking or jogging in front of people. In February I am getting a treadmill though (YAY ME!!!)



Personal Information:
I have a small family, just me, my dude, and my son who is 3. Loves of my life. I do tattoos and hope to someday have my own shop. I'm am just seriously tired of being big.... so I'm yet, on another journey!




Other Information:
I'm a lovable person, dorky and funny....

    Yeah knowing how many calories are in some random foods is crazy difficult. I had some casserole tonight that my grandma made that I have absolutely no how many of what was in it, but I'm not really worried. I've burned over 1000 calories today by mistake but I was sure to eat well after. 172 is my ultimate goal I don't think with my muscle mass if that alone is even possible. I'm more concerned with body fat percentage than actual pounds. If I could get a six pack I would be very pleased. There was one point many years ago when I had a 4 pack but not six.

    We gained differently.. but none the less.. gained a lot lol. At least we are doing something about it now! I know you can get some great deals on true corsets.. but you're still looking at around $200 vs the usual $500 or more. I am back on track. I was about 237 last Tuesday and today when I weighed myself I'm down to 232.4 lbs. So either way I've lost over 3 lbs. Once I get my tax return I'm going to jump start my progress and do the Stillman's diet and hopefully drop about 20 lbs in a week. I'm just scared it may do the opposite and I don't want to lose everything I've worked hard for to lose lol. How's your weight loss going for you?
