Introduction Text Merry Christmas Everyone! I try to keep my page updated. If I haven't updated in a while, feel free to Sparkmail me and ask me to update! While I will still be on most every day, I will only be on for a little while each day as I must limit reading and computer time due to my eyes. 2019 December 8th 2019 = not doing well, just keep trying October 10th 2019 = starting to lose - trying 5% challenge September 2nd 2019 = not losing much, but I have been quite sick and just now getting it back together July 30th 2019 = haven't been on in a while but I have gained horribly -- about 30 pounds April 11th 2019 = still struggling to lose the same 10 pounds over and over February 18th 2019 = 120 pounds lost January 5th 2019 = gained 4 pounds 2018 December 30th 2018 = 122 pounds lost GAINED and fought with about 15 pounds for 4 months August 25th 2018 = 121 pounds lost August 21st 2018 = 120 pounds lost August 11th 2018 = 118 pounds lost April 24th 2018 = back to 100 pounds lost! 2017 didn't do anything but gain about 20 pounds 2016 November 3rd 2016 = 101 pounds lost October 18th 2016 = 89 pounds lost August 22nd 2016 = 84 pounds lost June 25th 2016 = 83 pounds lost June 3rd 2016 = 67 pounds lost May 27th 2016 = 59 pounds lost May 20th 2016 = 55 pounds lost May 13th 2016 = 47 pounds lost so far! Feb 2016 Ok, My story = Well, some of you have been with me for a long time but some of you are new friends. Many of you may not realize my past "glories" (lol) a couple of years ago I lost 98 pounds in one year by exercising and low carb. I was so happy and boy my doctor was happy with me too! Then my Daddy died and my world fell apart. I regained all I had lost and then some. I have restarted my journey as of February 2016. At this point...well I am nearly bed bound, I can barely walk and I must lose weight. my weight at restart is 435 pounds give or take a pound. I really want to do this so that my hubby does not have to be my caretaker anymore.

I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE

my plan is old-fashioned count calories and exercise. in the end that is the only way it will stay off BMI 2019 July 30th 2019 = 53.2 May 25th 2019 = 50.5 January 5th 2019 = 47.4 2018 August 25th 2018 = 47.4 August 11th 2018 = 48.2 April 24th 2018 = 50.9 2017 whole year = 54.7 2016 October 18th 2016 = 52.6 June 3rd 2016 = 56 May 12th 2016 = 59 May 2nd 2016 = 60.5 Feb 1st 2016 = 66.1

My real name is Kathy and I live in southern West Virginia with my Husband James. we have no kids I am a 1970 model - just like my husbands favorite car - his Chevelle!
