    Hey girl, thanks for the comment! I hope this week goes better too! This weekend I was quite out of it. I am working out after work today and going to hit it hard. Been doing good on food today too. I'm beginning to understand why its just not worth it to eat out of my eating plan, when I do I feel so icky! And that feeling stays with me for far too long.
