Your page is kind of quiet. I thought I better check in and see how you are fairing. Are you able to exercise and eat better ? How are your blood sugars ? Are you checking them ? I am finding restaurant foods raise it higher the next day, especially pizza (which I love). I got my 30 min of exercise today. 8# loss so far on your ticker. that is great ! Keep pushing. Hi Kim; I do so love being on Spark and it really gives me the incentive to eat healthier and incorporate more activities in my daily routine. Im not really familiar with the binge eating , however I've been a junk food and snack eater most of my adult life. I would be happy to help with any info I can give on your weight loss efforts , I too believe we all need more fiber in our diets , but double the amount should be done gradually. I usually have the recommended amount around 25 or 30 and I go twice a day sometimes. I keep my carbs around 50 per meal and I've been losing 1 to 2 lbs a weekly. I'll friend youback, keep in touch.
