Introduction Text One of my favorite quotes is "The good thing about a chronic problem is you have lots of opportunities to fix it." I've had chronic problems with weight most of my life, but after working hard to fix this for 18 months, I am now in maintenance. Or as I prefer to call it, weight management. Staying at a healthy weight has historically been a very hard thing for me to do, so the opportunities continue. :-)

Figure out this maintenance thing and stay at the lowest weight I have been in 30 years.

Staying in my calorie range (whatever that turns out to be). I don't follow any plan (don't feel like following rules but am slowly trying to eat healthier). I aim for at least 2000 calories burned in exercise per week.
