Introduction Text Back in Sept. of 2010 I set a Big goal for myself to lose 40 lbs. by my son's high school graduation on May 20, 2011. I reached that goal on May 17, 2011. During that summer I lost another 5 lbs. but that fluctuated. I maintained the 40 lb. weight loss until the summer of 2012. I went on vacation and when I got home I had gained 10 lbs.

I have reached my first long term goal!! Woo Hoo for me!! My next long term goal is to lose another 25 - 30 lbs. just to satisfy myself and feel good for me! It's ALL FOR ME this time!!! That's enough. Isn't it?

I'm tracking everything that is possible to track with SP. I exercise 5 days a week. I drink plenty of water and I set small monthly goals for myself to meet.

I am from Hollywood, FL. I was born and raised there. I lived there for 34 years. My husband, 2 kids at the time, and I moved to KY in March of 1997. I love it here and I will never move back to FL. I have 8 grandchildren that don't live near me and I miss them something fierce. I talk to them constantly on the phone. I love them soooo much!!!
