Began this journey a long time ago, however, this commitment to success August 28,2010. Thinking that this change will have to be a life long commitment and focus of my life. Sometimes that feels great, sometimes that feels overwelming.

My Goals:
20-25 gm carbohydrates/day
8-12 glasses water/day
20 min walk 3x/week.

My Program:
 Working on a low carbohydrate program with an improved hydration.

    thanks 4 the thorough answer about my Newbie w/Q's @ the Smart carbin team. it was just weird yesterday i couldnt stop eating, which led me to believe i wasn't full. then i pee'd all night. emoticon and i had been drinking more water. am just trying to get a handle on the WHY's of 'smart carbing'. emoticon

    Hi Jo!

    I am still doing the LC thing!! I would have given up last month if it were not for you. Thanks so much for all the advice and motivation. I am carb cycling now. Haven't lost much weight but haven't gained any either and I am able to have a LOT more calories than ever before. I'm really happy in that respect. I'm still tweaking over here.
